Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during launches, promotions, or holiday periods.

UK Shipping
We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Free standard UK delivery on orders over £75

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and are in addition to our 1–2 business day processing time.
Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays caused by couriers, customs, or high-demand periods are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Activ Day is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
